Great news!: The angiogram ruled out the aneurysms, citing an overlapping artery (or something...vague memory today!) for making it look like aneurysms. So no future surgery for that. phew.
Of course, not the greatest thing because he still has the Vertebral Artery Dissection, but the coumadin he is on will help fix the problem and prevent future strokes. After he is off this blood thinner, they will probably put him on something else.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers while we have been consumed by this situation.

Yay! Good news! I'm so glad your brother won't be needing surgery. That must be a relief. And hopefully the medication they've given him will prevent anything else from happening. What a blessing.
